Our cuisine is prepared unhurriedly, at low temperatures, with love, time, and passion. At Cor de Carxofa, we have our own organic gardens and strive to source most of our raw materials locally. Dishes marked as "Km0" mostly feature local produce (within a maximum of 100 km).

All our preparations, including this menu, the à la carte menu, and desserts, are gluten-free.
