Made by hand, with gluten-free flours and fresh ingredients. Choose between artichoke, cheese and vegetables or mushrooms and seaweed.

Author's brave patatitas

Potato hearts fried in extra virgin olive oil at 160ºC, with our homemade vegan aioli, brava sauce and chives from our garden.
