Macabeo and Chardonnay
This is a young, semi-dry wine with aromas of banana and peach, gradually evolving into buttery notes. The palate displays refreshing, clean acidity, pleasant aromas, and a very long finish. This wine is not subject to harsh filtration, allowing it to precipitate naturally over time without altering its quality.

On the nose, floral and fruity with notes of nightshade and orange blossom, citrus aromas, cream and fresh butter.

Pale yellow, very clear. Rich and fresh, very floral aromas of green apple, peach, and citrus. The palate is fresh and lively.
ECOLOGICAL
Verdejo 85% - Macabeo 15%
Straw yellow in color, bright and clean. Highly aromatic, it is fresh on the nose, with notes of white flowers, citrus, and apricot. It has a pleasant, complex, and smooth palate, with good acidity. It has a strong personality and a long aftertaste.

Amber color, bright with golden notes.
On the nose, there are many notes of ripe and candied fruit, along with notes of nuts and toast from the barrel.
It is a fleshy wine with notes of candied fruit and anise; it is powerful, long-lasting, and complex.

100% Verdil (native Valencian variety)

Straw yellow in color with greenish tones. The nose is open, fruity and floral, with hints of citrus fruits like grapefruit and lime, green apples, St. John's pear, fresh grass, and aromatic plants.
It has a smooth entry on the palate, with freshness, a result of the magnificent natural acidity, with volume from the work of the lees, with a pleasant bitterness at the end typical of the variety, balanced and with a long aftertaste.
ECOLOGICAL
50% Muscat (35% Muscat de Frontignan 15% Muscat de Alexandria), 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Gewürztraminer
Pleasant entry, light body, silky smooth mid-palate. A fantastic acidity closes, providing great freshness.
Gessamí achieves the balance of its fruity and floral character, moving between the delicate softness of its unctuous texture and its jovial and refreshing spirit.

100% Verdejo
Pale gold in color, very floral, with aromas of pear, quince, grapes, ripe citrus, stone fruit, mountain herbs (rockrose, fennel), and white pepper. When opened, the honey, beeswax, and brioche take center stage.
On the palate, a full-bodied wine with a broad entry and an oily texture. Medium acidity and a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste, characteristic of Verdeja.

It is a wine with ripe fruit, notes of currant, raspberry, cherry, spice, minerality, and a floral touch. On the palate, it is fresh, with a smooth entry. El Celler del Vino Carlón was born as a project to revive the famous Vino Carlón, a lost wine that meant so much to this land and its people.

Appearance: Medium-bodied wine, cherry red in color.
Aromas: On the nose, there are many notes of ripe black fruit, as well as herbaceous notes such as thyme, low scrub herbs, and some pepper notes.
Palate: It is a tasty, friendly, long wine with a slightly sweet finish typical of the variety.

A deep cherry red color with a violet rim. The nose offers good red and black fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, and cassis, accompanied by creamy, lightly toasted notes from the barrel, a hint of spice, and a touch of licorice. A very flavorful, fruity mid-palate with round tannins, good acidity, and light hints of vanilla, smoke, and toast. A wine with a punchy balance.

Very subtle on the nose, with nuances of black cherries and a slight but welcome hint of fennel. Long and well-balanced on the palate, with velvety tannins ending with very pleasant licorice tones.

Aged for 6 months in French and American oak
Splendid dark cherry color with a violet rim, great vivacity and youth, very clean and intensely bright. Rich in fruit aromas, mainly cherry and forest fruits with notes of ripeness, aroma of freshly picked grapes. It has certain floral notes. A very balanced wine, with a powerful structure on the palate, high-quality tannins, and good acidity, with a notable character of ripe forest fruits..

100% Tempranillo
Aged for 6 months in new American oak barrels.
A wine of high intensity and ruby red color, clean and bright, with garnet reflections on the rim of the glass.
Aromas of black fruits, violets and liquorice typical of Tempranillo, accompanied by the spices of the barrel (vanilla, roasted).
It develops its full potential as a fresh and expressive wine, proving pleasant and balanced.
