Meet our chef

Anay Bueno, gastronomic entrepreneur, opened the gourmet restaurantCor de Carxofa was born on July 15, 2018, just 20 years old, but with an intense career in healthy, vegetarian, and vegan eating.

After training as a vegetarian chef in Barcelona and Madrid and working for several years in various vegetarian restaurants in Barcelona, he discovered his passion for baking and has since specialized in healthy and gluten-free pastries.

Currently, after publishing his first book; has returned to Benicarló, the coastal city in Valencia where he grew up for part of his childhood and adolescence.

As manager and head chef of Cor de Carxofa, he develops his culinary and healthy creativity every day.

An eqhuman team always prepared

Despite the adversities generated by COVID-19, the Cor de Carxofa team has trained intensively, following the Advanced Good Practices Manual from SICTED.

Day after day, they offer the best service, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
