This August, Penya el Sitral and CarxofaLab have joined forces and will offer the 1st Vegan Burger Contest in the city of Benicarló. A contest where the protagonist IS YOU! Bring out the chef in you and prepare a unique vegan burger at the Cor de Carxofa cooking school. CarxofaLAB and Penya El Sitral will provide all the tools you need to prepare your creation (grill, bowls, kitchen utensils, food processor...). The only thing you have to bring are all the ingredients necessary to prepare it, including the bread and vegetables you want to accompany it. The only premise is: ALL INGREDIENTS MUST BE OF 100% VEGETABLE ORIGIN!
